Minimum order amount is 19,-- Euro (value
of goods).
We only charge the shipping costs one time per order for one parcel. This is also value,
if you buy more goods. If, for technical reasons, it is not possible to make one parcel for all your chosen products
(espeially tubes, reflectors, heavy marinesalt and heavy soil), we will inform you for a solution. Please note, that the maximum weight per parcel is 30 kg (Switzerland and Liechtenstein 15 kg). If the weight of your order is higher, we will write
you an email to arrange other delivery costs. Fish tanks can only be delivered in Austria and Gemany. Please ask for the costs.
"Pick Up" is free of charge.
Most of our parcels are sent via parcel service. To assure a short delivery
time, please give us a delivery address, where the parcel service can
deliver during the daytime (somebody should be at home)
Your parcel will be shipped immediately after receipt of your payment. In case of delivery bottleneck we will inform you
via email.
