    There are many reasons, why we supply with parcel service On the one hand it is naturally more than the post office. On the other hand we have better control of the package status via Internet. Further the parcel service supplies substantially faster and more reliably than the post. Also important reasons are size and weight limit with which we are confronted.
    Please you always indicate therefore a ship-to-address to us, where during the day someone is attainable. It can be your working premises, a friend a relative or or or. For us it is not important, where we supply. For us it is important to be fast.
    If you wish a supply by post, then you indicate please this for the order procedure. The package costs are calculated then after the weight plus the value added tax.

    Since the parcel service delivers during the office hours, it would be meaningful to indicate a ship-to-address where you (or another person) during the day is attainable (possibly your agency).
    During the order procedure you can enter any calculation or ship-to address.
    Also subsequent changing of the ship-to-address is not a problem, if your supply did not go off yet. Send to us simply a short email with your wished ship-to-address!

    The time of the supply depends on payment means.
    With Ahead cash the products are brought immediately after on our account to the dispatch.
    With credit card payment or cash on delivery the commodity leaves on the same day or on the following working day.
    With not storing articles you are informed advice about the respective delivery time by email.

    Within Austria the parcel service supplies within 24 to 48 hours after task of the supply.
    If you should wish supply by post, this can last up to 5 working days. We would ask you to indicate supplies by post only in justified cases. Post supplies represent a increased expenditure for us and limit during package pursuit. If you wish supplies by the post, then you indicate this please separately for the order procedure.
    Within Europe lasts the supply with parcel service 2 to 6 working days - this is different from country to country.

  • How can I understand that term shipping flat rate?

    The shipping flat rate is the amount, which is charged per package, and/or per supply.
    The shipping flat rate depends on the commodity value. Starting from 80,-- Euro commodity value are charged forwarding expenses.
    The shipping flat rate applies to supplies up to 30 kg (Switzerland up to 15 kg). If the package the weight limit exceeds you by email will be informed separately and a special shipping flat rate agreed upon.

  • Can I order aquariums with supply?

    Aquariums cannot be sent away due to the danger of fracture with parcel service.
    We supply aquariums only by means of forwarding business and/or feed and only to Austria and Germany.
    The costs of the dispatch must inquire you please separately by email at us


  • How can I keep forwarding expenses as small as possible?

    It is worthwhile itself in any case, products it nearly daily needs (fodder, filter sponges, water treatment, etc.) to always along-order.
    Forwarding expenses become higher thereby in no case. Completely on the contrary, if it over the 80, - euro border come, the shipping flat rate becomes even more favorable, and/or is omitted completely.
    The more products you order the more favorably become it then, because the shipping flat rate divides itself on several products and in such a way saves you indirectly again.


  • What can't be dispatched together in a package?

    There are products, which cannot be dispatched together in a package. Please you pay attention during the composition of your products to it.
    For example heavy products (like salt, gravel, etc.) cannot be dispatched together with tubes or reflectors.
    The danger of fracture is simply too large.
    In such cases to find contacted it by us by email around a solution.
    We ask for understanding.

    After completion of the order procedure you receive an automatic confirmation of order to the email address communicated by you. Afterwards your order is worked on manually.

    We invoice all products without value added tax for our Swiss and liechtenstiner customers.
    Therefore also all products without value added tax are indicated, as soon as you logged in.
    Those Swiss (and/or Liechtenstiner) value added tax is to be paid then in the homeland.
    To the information: The Austrian value added tax is 20% and on flake fodder 10%.

    Of course you can contact also directly the manufacturer. All manufacturers have on the corresponding homepage their own service department and completion. (in most cases this is the better and quicker way)
    Of course we keep all legal warranty claims and always hold ourselves after the defaults of the manufacturers. Please you read also our AGB's for more exact information.
    Please do not send us a package unfreely retour. We do not undertake to be sent packages unfreely to us.
